MONTGOMERY COUNTY FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE LODGE 35 ENDORSES BRIAN FROSH FOR MARYLAND ATTORNEY GENERAL 

The Montgomery County Fraternal Order of Police calls Frosh a “man of integrity” and a “proven leader for Maryland”.

Montgomery Village, MD-   The Montgomery County Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Lodge 35 has endorsed the candidacy of Democrat Brian Frosh for the office of Maryland Attorney General.  FOP Lodge 35 represents some 1180 law enforcement officers in Montgomery County.

The FOP has been in existence in Montgomery County for more than 40 years, and has a history of successfully fostering communication among the county’s law enforcement officials.

“Brian Frosh is a man of integrity who cares about the safety and protection of our communities in Montgomery County,” said Torrie Cooke, President of the Montgomery County FOP. 

Frosh pledges to work with state and local law enforcement in Maryland to leverage new technologies and data for crime assessment and prevention and foster a community-focused approach to increase public safety in Maryland.

“I am proud to have the support of Montgomery County FOP.  No one knows our streets and communities better than our local law enforcement officials. As Attorney General, I will work with them day in and day out to help protect our citizens and continue to give law enforcement the tools they need to keep our communities safe,” said Frosh.
